Our Edmonton location is growing and seeking an experienced Sales & Service Support Representative to support our diverse fuel systems operations. This full-time, hands-on technical position will provide quotes and support the growth of the business but will also be required to do repairs and provide technical support as required.
Description:
The Sales and Service Support Representative will ensure clients are provided with in-depth knowledge of products and services. This vital position works to maintain and develop business relationships through outstanding customer service and knowledge of products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the expansion of the business by proactively pursuing business opportunities and selling products and services throughout the designated region.
- Maintain/service fueling systems and fuel trucks when required.
- Coordinate service schedules.
- Assist with equipment repairs and service.
- Conduct meter proving and obtain certifications as required.
- Accurately design, develop and prepare and provide quotes on aviation fueling systems as required.
- Provide advice, guidance, and direction as it relates to companies fueling parts, systems and solutions operations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Manage supplier relationships and assist in obtaining new ones.
- Maintain customer databases; perform project and system tracking as necessary.
- Work with the President and Regional Managers to forge growth throughout the company.
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies where required.
- Assist in overseeing and managing capital programs where required.
- Maintain a tidy and orderly work area exhibiting pride in work performance and contributing to a healthy and safe work environment.
- Ensure exceptional, courteous, and respectful customer service.
- Comply with and participate in the Company’s Health & Safety and Quality programs and initiatives.
- Perform any other duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Completion of Technical or business degree preferred.
- Petroleum Mechanic Certification is an asset. (PM1, PM3, ASP)
- Previous working experience in the aviation industry, with direct working knowledge of fuel systems.
- An understanding of fueling procedures, equipment, and parts are an asset.
- Highly developed understanding of industry regulations, standards and best practices.
- Excellent time management, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with word processing and spreadsheets.
- Works well under pressure and has demonstrated success in meeting deadlines.
- Customer focused and service driven.
- Able to travel throughout Canada as required.
- Able to obtain Transport Canada RAIC pass if required.
- Professional, punctual, meticulous and diligent.
- Able to work collaboratively as a productive member of the AGFT Team.
